MANGAL KARTA” and so he is. Whenever you remind Lord Ganesh, you feel yourself stronger than ever.
Emotional wellness is more than awareness, understanding,
and accepting situations. Lord Ganesh has a large stomach, this is the symbol of happiness and also gives a message to maintain our digestive system regarding matters, disputes, and conflicts. Silence at the time of anger can prevent you from much future sorrow and also necessary to maintain the relations. This helps us to remain happy. Actually, we can’t remain happy all the time but once we understand to tackle the emotion and feeling we move forwards towards the path of emotional wellness.
When a depressed person shows courage to overcome from his
state it shows the emotional wellness. No one on this earth has
never faced any problem. We all face many problems, grief, pains and sorrow in our life but some of us choose the path of depression.
This is very easy to choose the wrong path instead of the right one. Of course, the right path needs patience and lots of hard work to move forward.
Remember that Emotional wellness starts from within yourself.
This is good to have friends who can help you to move out
from negative situations. Socialize with them now and then. There is no lock without a key. Friends help us to find out the right key at the right time. Ganesh Chaturthi is an auspicious occasion to meet with your friends and to boost your social wellness.
