1.       Adequate Sleep

Researches show that people having a lack of quality sleep is prone to infections and gets sick. Adequate sleep of 6-8 hours is necessary to relax your body and brain and to lower down the stress level. Due to hectic schedules and addiction to social media, we hardly take a peaceful sleep. This type of lifestyle is spoiling our body clock. Early to bed and early to rise is the best and natural way to boost the immune system.

Sleep deficiency and overwork pressure increase the cortisol level in our body. Your body releases a protein called cytokines while you are sleeping. Cytokines help fighting infection and inflammation. Prolonged elevation also restrains our immune function. It also increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, and even cardiovascular disease.
